At SAKĪYNAH, we value quality, care, and your complete satisfaction. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If an item does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Complaints or defective products
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sakiynah.com, including a clear description of the issue and a photo showing the defect.
Our team will review your case within 1–3 business days.
Do not return any products before receiving return instructions from us.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at support@sakiynah.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal.

Items must be returned within 14 days, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used self-care products (such as oils, perfumes, candles, diffusers, bath products) cannot be returned.
Clothing can only be returned if tags are intact and the item is unworn and unwashed.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
